Jules Florange

Jules Florange (1863–1937) was a distinguished French numismatist and sigillographer based in Paris. Throughout his career, he was renowned for his expertise in coins and seals, contributing significantly to the field through his publications and auction catalogs.

Florange's contributions extended beyond publications; he was actively involved in the numismatic community, corresponding with institutions like the American Numismatic Society (ANS). His correspondence with ANS curator Howland Wood between 1921 and 1927 reflects his active engagement in international numismatic circles.
